This smart cleansing and massaging device gives you a personalised facial at a touch of a button. The ultra-compact design means that it can easily travel with you and the straightforward functionality makes it a quick and simple process to use, wherever you might be.
To get started, you will need to need to download the FOREO ‘For You’ app and follow the onscreen prompts to set up your skin profile, then sync the fofo to your app and you are ready to go. To get an analysis press and hold the ON button for five seconds until the camera symbol begins to flash, then follow the on-screen directions for where to apply the dual sensors. There are four areas on your face that it will take readings from. Once your results appear on the screen (and are saved to the fofo), it is time to cleanse with your favourite product. Dampen the fofo and start the massage by pressing ON (hold for one second) and move the device in small circular motions; there will be a pause to indicate when it’s time to move to a new facial area. You don’t have to go through the analyse step every time but it’s worth doing regularly as your skin can vary from week-to-week and even day-to-day. The 24K gold plated skin sensors measure hydration, as it believes this is the key to smoother and younger looking skin. It will use your results to set the intensity and duration for each key facial zone, whilst the high frequency T-Sonic pulsations and delicate silicone bristles cleanse skin of oil, dirt and makeup residue, gently exfoliating away dead cells.
The fofo is available in seven colours and will provide you with 400 uses straight out of the box before you will need to replace the AAA batteries. It is constructed from quick drying, nonporous silicone which is completely bacteria resistant. After two months of use, my skin felt softer and had a nice glow about it. I can’t say it had any effect on breakout’s or made me look any younger, but it felt nice to use and fits easily into my skincare routine. RRP £79.00
