Every year I’m always on the hunt for a new advent calendar, but these often focus on sweet treats that don’t always interest me. Therefore, I was super excited to see that Tracklements have entered the market with their own 12 Days of Tracklements Gift Pack, featuring 12 delightful condiments perfect for trying a whole bunch of Tracklements goodies and bringing some festive cheer.

The Gift Pack contains 12 small jars ranging from ketchups, to chutneys, marmalades to sauces – to mention just a few! Each jar provides a perfect taste of a wide range of Tracklements treats, and is the perfect gift for any foodie this festive season.

So, what’s included? – if you don’t want the contents to be spoiled maybe skip ahead!

The set contains a Sweet Mustard Ketchup, a Proper Tomato Ketchup, a Quintessential Brown Sauce and a Rich and Creamy Mayonnaise. These classics were a great treat to discover inside having tried a few of these before. Each one is perfect for sandwiches or as a dip for all your favourite fried foods.

The 12 Days of Tracklements Gift Pack also includes a Robust Wholegrain Mustard, Strong English Mustard and Strong Horseradish Cream. These are great for adding a bit of heat and spice to your dishes, and as someone who loves mustard, I was so glad to see these inside to add a little kick to my food. Each one provides a lovely bit of heat, and make the perfect addition to any roast dinner!  

The final 5 condiments include a Caramelised Onion Marmalade, Tomato and Chilli Chutney, Apricot and Ginger Chutney, Sticky Fig Relish, and Chilli & Red Pepper Relish. The Caramelised Onion Marmalade provides the perfect sweet addition to any savoury snack. But for a particularly spicy kick the Tomato and Chilli Chutney and Chilli & Red Pepper Relish are perfect – but be warned these are especially fiery! However, to cool you down the Apricot and Ginger Chutney and Sticky Fig Relish provides a lovely sweet and rich alternative, perfect for pairing with any cheese board.

Across all 12 jars, the Tracklements Gift Pack provides a perfect taster of each condiment to allow you to explore traditional flavours, and even some you may not have tried before. Whilst the small jars did often leave me wanting more, they’re a perfect way to try a load of chutneys, relishes and sauces to help decide your favourite before you buy the full size jars from Tracklements. Therefore, if you have a big foodie in your life, the 12 Days of Tracklements Gift Pack provide the perfect entry way to the company’s condiments and provide a lovely change to the typical advent calendars on the market. I’d definitely be thrilled to be given this for the countdown to Christmas over some chocolate any day!
