Red light therapy is something I’ve seen a lot of discussion around online, with it being used across things such as skincare devices. Therefore, I was intrigued to see an allergy and hay fever relief device which utilises this kind of light therapy. The Lifemax Rechargeable Hay Fever and Allergy Reliever utilises red light therapy with the goal of relieving common symptoms of Hay fever and allergies with prolonged use.

The Allergy Reliever is a compact and rechargeable device with nasal probes. Once turned on, the probes are placed in your nose to deliver red light wavelengths. Lifemax recommends two 3-minute treatments a day, which offer 660nm and 940nm red light wavelengths. According to studies, red light therapy could reduce inflammation, and so the Allergy Reliever is designed to use red light therapy to help reduce the symptoms associated with hay fever and allergies over multiple uses. Therefore, if you are a sufferer of allergies or hay fever and are looking for a non-medication option, this could be something you want to look into and try.

The Allergy Reliever comes with nose probe covers, that can be easily cleaned so the device can be used by multiple people. Plus, it's completely rechargeable, and you can get up to 90 treatments from a single 2-hour charge. The rechargeable nature means that it is easy to take with you on the go and use twice a day.

Whilst I cannot speak to the long-term or medicinal effects of it, I think the Lifemax Rechargeable Hay Fever and Allergy Reliever device is an interesting option, especially if you are a fan of red-light therapy or are looking for a non-medicated option.
