The One Z Pillow is brought to you by the brains who created the Twin Z Pillow, as seen on Shark Tank (the USA version of Dragons’ Den). With a flip-up back support, the pillow can be used for breast and bottle feeding, self-feeding, infant support, ‘tummy time’ and ‘mummy time’.
To use the One Z Pillow you simply flip up the square end, wrap the pillow around yourself and recline against your chair or headboard. There is a clip you can fasten to keep you and all your bits in place as you feed, and when you aren’t nursing, the pillow can be used as a safe and comfortable spot to place your baby.
The One Z has been designed to help alleviate back and neck pain whilst feeding, whilst also trying to be as eco-friendly as possible, using zero added chemicals in the fabric, including any fire retardant treatment. The pillow is available in 11 different colour options, with the choice to add some personalised writing - your baby’s name for example - in five different colours and two different font options. These options make the One Z an excellent present for expectant or new parents.
The One Z Pillow is made of 100% polyester, including a 100% polyester fibre filling. The cover is a super soft cuddle fabric, which is also made from polyester, and can be removed for machine washing, and the pillow itself can be spot cleaned with a damp, soapy cloth.
Our test subject said she liked the fact the One Z eliminated the need for extra pillows and found it very supportive; the pillow wraps around very naturally and the clasp ensures a snug fit without any gaps between the body and the pillow, so there is no risk of your baby slipping. Her only criticism was that the pillow can get quite warm around the waist and back during long feeds, due to the polyester and the wrap-around effect. Other than that, we believe the One Z Pillow is a wonderful nursing pillow, designed to look after both you and your baby. $59.99
