Whether you’re going on a walk in these colder months or planning a picnic for when we hopefully see the return of some warmer weather, having an insulated flask that you can take with you on the go to keep your beverages either hot or cold is always a great tool to have. For an insulated flask and mug offering, ION8 has the Luma Travel Flask and Insulated Mug that provides a sleek and stylish 700ml insulated drinking vessel with an accompanying insulated mug. I got to test out the purple colourway, which was a lovely light purple colour, which covered the base of the flask and mug which sits atop it. When you remove the mug, the top of the flask is completely metal, with a machined screw top lid.

One of the things I love about all of ION8 bottles and flasks is the leakproof nature of the lids, and the Luma Flask is no exception. The Flask is secured with a metal screw top lid, that provides a leakproof seal. The secure seal means that you never have to worry about your drink getting spilt in your bag, and it means that its contents, whether hot or cold, are always kept at the perfect temperature. ready to drink.  

The mug on top can hold around 300ml, which means roughly two mugs worth from the flask – perfect for yourself or for sharing. I love that the mug is also insulated, which helps to keep your drink hot or cold, whether it is in the flask or in your mug. This ensures that you can enjoy your drinks at the perfect temperature, down to the very last drop. Plus, when you’re done, the mug usefully magnetises back to the top of the flask, so you never have to worry about losing the mug in your bag.
