Raise™ Monitor Riser (White – 24” Single Monitor)

£105.00

I’m a minimalist when it comes to my work set up; I want it decluttered, ergonomic and organised because this helps me to feel more productive during my working hours. Therefore, I was super excited when I got to give the Fluidstance Raise Monitor Riser a go, as it claims to meet all of these needs while helping to improve posture and eyestrain during long working hours.

Straight out of the box, I was impressed by the Raise Monitor Riser by Fluidstance with its sleek yet minimalist white exterior. The entire unit is made from heavy-duty recycled steel and finished in white, forming a premium monitor riser that adds just under 5 inches to your monitor’s height.

I loved how simple the design was, which once sat on your desk can hold your monitor screen securely up above your desk. This is ideal for two reasons; the first is that your desktop monitor should be higher up so you aren’t hunching over it, and so, by raising your monitor up, you can help support a better posture for a more comfortable and ergonomic working experience. The second perk is that when used, the Raise Monitor Riser helps to minimise clutter on your desk. The heightened position of your monitor provides ample space around and underneath it to store your keyboard, a notebook, or any other accessories you need for work. The Raise Monitor Riser has also been designed with a range of accessories in mind, so you can purchase things such as Flow Panels, trays, and even headphone or phone holders that clip tool-free onto the Raise Monitor Riser to create an enhanced workspace.white angled panel against desks top riser with pens on it

We actually got to test out one of the Flow Panels (£47), which slots into the Raise Monitor Riser and provides a vertical, magnet-friendly surface where you can add Fluidstance’s Flow Cards or other magnetic items. The Flow Cards have a dry-erase surface, providing you with a great place where you can write down quick notes to remember. I love the addition of the Flow Panel because it helps enhance your productivity and keep magnetic things stored securely. The Flow Panel we tested was finished in the same white metal design (however, other colours are available), making them super seamless with the entire Raise Monitor Riser set-up.

Every single detail across the Raise Monitor Riser and the various accessories created by Fluidstance has been taken into consideration. From the silicone grommets to protect your desk from any scratches to the tool-free design allowing all the accessories to connect easily, the Raise Monitor Riser provides a great ergonomic setup to take your desk to the next level.

I would recommend the Fluidstance Raise Monitor Riser for anyone seeking to bring more ergonomics into their desk set-up to support a better posture for long typing sessions whilst also helping declutter your workspace. This would be particularly great for those with reduced desk space already as it would maximise the space they already have for a more productive workflow. Plus, with the help of Fluidstance’s various accessories, such as the Flow Panels, you can have a completely seamless functional workspace designed to enhance productivity and look great on your desk.

Pros:

  • Made using heavy-duty recycled steel, making it both sustainable and eco-friendly
  • Tool-free design with front and rear rack of easy use and seamless compatibility with other Fluidstance accessories
  • Designed with ergonomics in mind to help reduce eyestrain and neck pain whilst improving posture
  • 2 different sizes available to help maximise desks no matter the size

Cons:

  • The Raise Monitor Riser is fixed at one height, which means there’s no additional adjustability in the design to make your screen a little higher or lower depending on your own height or setup needs
