This is the case with the development of the HydraMate 5L Foldable Bottle, which makes water storage for camping and festivals super easy.

The HydraMate 5L Foldable Bottle includes a set of 2 5-litre foldable water carriers which provide BPA-free, lightweight and collapsible water containers suited well for camping. Each bottle has been designed to fold down completely when not in use, making them super easy to pack into your camping gear. Then, once full, the bottles hold up to 5 litres of water and are designed to stand upright when full. Atop each bottle are moulded carrying handles that make it super easy to carry the bags once they are full – great for carrying across a festival camping ground!

One of the things I like about the foldable bottles is that they have a large spout at the top, making them ideal for refilling from taps or other water sources. Then, on the side of each bag at the bottom, there is a tap spout making the bottle super easy for filling up cups or pans for drinking, cooking or cleaning. The spouts are pretty easy to insert into the bag, which means that once you’ve used up all the water inside, you can easily disassemble the tap from the bag once again for compact storage. However, SwimCell also offers the HydraMate 5L Foldable Bottles without taps should you prefer them without.  

The HydraMate Foldable Bottles aim to make water storage easier and more convenient, especially when water stations at camping grounds or service stations along a road trip might be far away. The 5-litre capacity was great, and across both, you get 10 litres of water from a single trip. The bottles were great for use during the day at a festival, and they saved us a lot of time as we didn’t need to revisit the water stations as much during the day. We could refill our individual water bottles for the day, make a cup of tea in the morning and wash up our cups before heading into the field for the day with plenty still spare.  

If you’re an avid camper or love to make the most of festival season, then the HydraMate 5 Litre Foldable Bottles are a great pick for ensuring you have water readily available in your tent. With a large capacity, ensuring fewer trips to the water refill stations, you will always have access to a decent amount of water, making drinking, cooking and cleaning without direct access to a water source so much easier.
