Therefore, I was excited to put the 20” Turbo Floor Fan from TCP to the test, which is designed to offer a powerful and practical cooling solution that can provide consistent cool airflow.

The fan features three speeds, which allow you to adjust the setting for your room and cooling needs. My only note is that the fan, due to its power, is a little bit louder than your average fan. This isn’t too much of a worry for larger spaces, but if used in a small or silent office, or even at night, the noise will be noticeable – but in such warm weather, the noise is a perfectly fine sacrifice for me, so I don’t spend all day and night feeling like I’m going to melt!

To help make the fan more energy efficient, it has usefully been designed with timer options ranging from 30 minutes to 4 hours. This allows you to set up the fan to operate for an extended period of time, without it getting left on needlessly. This helps make the fan more energy efficient to stop the fan from running for too long when it is no longer needed, and in the process helps save on your energy bills.

To support angling, the base feels super solid and stable, which helps keep everything sturdy even when on the highest speed setting. This gives a lovely and solid feel to the overall function of the fan, to help ensure that you can turn it on, choose your speed setting, angle it where you want it and leave it knowing it's sturdy and will stay in place. Then, for convenient operation, the fan even comes with a remote control so you can adjust it from across the room, keeping you productive and not worrying about the fan.
