The Cenzo Collection is part of the Floto.com factory brand. All of their leather bag collection is hand-finished with distinctive hardware and textures, all using vegetable-tanned full grain calfskin leather.

We were sent the Cenzo Duffle Bag to take a closer look. At 11” x 10” x 21” 4.5 lbs, the bag is an ideal size for a long weekend. It is made from polished Italian calfskin leather, lined with a stylish stripy fabric, and can even be monogrammed at the point of purchase in either Gold Foil or Classic Deboss at an extra cost.

The bag has one large compartment with a small zip pocket for important accessories, and features a floor to floor zipper for extra easy loading and unloading. It has five metal feet on the bottom of the bag to help keep it off the ground, comes with a removeable leather shoulder strap and two carry handles, and is compliant with most airline carry on regulations.

The duffle’s zip pulls are made of brass and could be locked together with a small lock, but I was disappointed to find that they are made from nylon - they aren’t the smoothest and I feel they lower the quality of the bag. Also, the zip pulls are small and not easy to locate if you are in a rush, and a nightmare to grab hold of if you are wearing gloves. The shoulder strap is thin and doesn’t have any padding, so it is very uncomfortable to wear for any length of time if the bag is full. The carry handles are thicker and a little more comfortable to use, but I still wouldn’t want to use them for any length of time.

The Cenzo Duffle Bag puts fashion first over practicality: it looks cool but its lack of pockets, its nylon zips and uncomfortable straps make it an annoying travel companion. RRP $199
