The Nuband Activ+ is a fitness tracker that monitors activity and sleep, it allows you to set silent alarms, will give you reminders when you have been inactive for too long and works alongside a companion app. You don’t have to spend a fortune to get an activity tracker these days and the Nuband Activ+ is a prime example of this, the strap and tracker feel and look good quality, I like that the Nuband Activ+ can display the time unlike my Fitbit Flex (much to the annoyance of my very young nephew who keeps calling it a clock).
