I really struggle to sleep when the weather starts heating up, as the residual warmth from the day seems to result in humid and muggy sleeping conditions that feel almost impossible to get comfortable in. Most nights, a fan is the only way to stay cool, but these can be noisy and can become costly on the electricity bill. Therefore, I’ve been super interested in some sort of cooling pad that I could put on my bed to keep my body cool when the weather starts to warm up. This is where the Lifemax Cooling Pad comes in, providing a lovely cool pad that helps you to maintain a comfortable temperature for a great night's sleep.

The cooling pad offers a soft cotton finish, with the cooling pad underneath it. The cooling pad works by dissipating heat and warmth, leaving a cool and fresh feel to the pad at all hours of the day. However, to ensure you don’t wake up with a chill, it slowly warms throughout the night for a comfortable sleeping experience. In terms of size, the cooling pad is around 30 cm wide and 40cm long, making it perfect for lying on your pillow or under you to keep you cool. Plus, the size would also be perfect for putting down so that your pet could lie on it to keep them cool during the day when the weather gets warmer, too.

Even outside of the summer months, the Cool Pad would be great if you’re naturally a warm sleeper to help keep you cool. Additionally, it would be especially helpful for those suffering from hot flushes, even if you’re ill with a fever to keep you comfortable during the night.
