Overade Plixi Folding Helmet

I use my bike regularly for trips into the city as I prefer to travel wherever possible with my backside sat on something. My home city is bike friendly and it is easy to find somewhere to leave my bike the only issue I face then is carting my helmet around with me whilst shopping or going for lunch. The Overade Plixi Folding Helmet seemed like the answer to my problem as when you are not wearing it (don’t make the mistake of trying to fold it down when it’s on your head) it will fold down to a third of its size, making it easy to fit into a small bag.

Bolle The One Bicycle Helmet

Bolle really have tried to think of everything when it comes to The One bicycle helmet. At first, it looks like any other bike helmet, our tester came in black, it looks reasonable and fits snuggly, with the Click to Fit System you can get a very precise fit. Bolle claims that The One exceeds the current shock absorption requirements by 97% and that this has been verified by independent testing, as we didn’t throw ourselves from our bikes to thoroughly test the helmet (shirking our work responsibilities, shame on us) we choose to take their word for it.

Lazer Wasp Air Cycle Helmet and Inclination Sensor

Lazer’s Wasp Air Cycle helmet is no ordinary cycling to the shops kind of lid, it is an aerodynamically designed helmet to suit triathlons, track racing and time trails. Unlike full fairing helmets there is no tail on the Wasp Air, the idea being that during longer sessions your head will move, causing the tail to create significant drag so by compromising the tail Lazer have made a more forgiving helmet that doesn’t lock you into position for the duration of the session.
