EmeTerm Explore Anti-Nausea Wristband

$179.99

On long car journeys, I have always got a little travel sick but with this nifty wristband, I think that’s about to change. Whether it’s travel sickness or morning sickness, EmeTerm Explore Anti-Nausea Wristband has you covered. The wristband is designed to effectively aid in the treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by these kinds of sicknesses. Using electrical pulses, the wristband gently stimulates the median nerve, which sends a signal to the brain via the central nervous system. The low-frequency pulse helps by adjusting nerve signals travelling to and from the stomach to prevent or postpone the stomach from cueing nausea signals, which in turn reduces the nauseous sensation in its user.

Upon opening the wristband, I was impressed by how sleek its design was whilst boasting such impressive medical qualities. The strap is a soft and low-allergen material in a stylish navy that is also IP67 waterproof, which makes it very comfortable to wear. What makes EmeTerms products, like the Anti-Nausea Wristband impressive is the ability of their products to deliver precise, wearable, and smart solutions for debilitating medical conditions whilst remaining a non-drug treatment option. Most anti-nausea treatments require some form of tablet medication which is either difficult for or poses other side effects to its users, but the EmeTerm Explore Anti-Nausea Wristband is a non-invasive, non-drowsy option, which has no side effects. The wristband is FDA-approved as an all-natural solution to nausea and has seen an 85% success rate in EmeTerm’s clinical trials.

Aside from its impressive benefits for nausea and sickness, the wristband has a useful 40 hours of battery life. The interface has an increased contact area to allow for better conduction without the need for gels like other Tens electrical devices. The controls are straightforward with small control buttons and a few small indicator lights, and the charging is just as simple using magnetic technology for easy recharging.

Currently, the EmeTerm R&D team are working on developing the EmeTerm Smart model for release by the end of 2023, which will be equipped with a touch screen and include smart features such as step counting and heart rate monitoring. Excitingly, the new Smart model is planned to combine the function of relieving nausea with that of a smart fitness tracker.

Overall, whilst I cannot speak to the effect that the EmeTerm Explore has on morning sickness, it did seem to have a great effect on a long car journey for me. However, it doesn’t take much to notice the hundreds of positive reviews and recommendations on the EmeTerm website, which suggests it is truly a great natural option to combat the cause and symptoms of many types of nausea and its related sickness.
