The Epomaker TH87 keyboard comes in an all-white gasket design, with white and grey keys, alongside a pale teal enter button, and blush space and arrow keys. The teal and blush keys provide a lovely contrast to the otherwise quite minimalist keyboard and provide an easy way to quickly locate critical keys. Each key feels super comfortable to type on, supported by the keyboard's 5-layer sound-optimising system and Creamy Jade Switches that absorb shocks with each click to deliver a muted yet thocky sound. This comfortable typing experience is enhanced further through the cherry profile design of the keys, which are ergonomically shaped so your fingers fit gently on each keycap. Then, with the adjustable back kickstand, you can adjust the angle further to ensure that every key press is comfortable and ergonomically supported. Under each key, the keyboard has dynamic RGB backlighting to add a lovely glow to your keys for an immersive typing experience.

The layout of the keyboard features 87 keys, keeping all the essential keys you would need, whilst removing excess keys such as the traditional keypad. Whilst more compact than a traditional full-size keyboard, the keys are still spaced well, offering an easy typing experience that doesn’t feel too dissimilar to a traditional full-size keyboard. However, like many of the Epomaker keyboards, the TH87 features the ability to completely remap the keyboard to your specific needs. By remapping the keys or assigning a complex key sequence to a single macro-key, you can make the keyboard customised to you. This means that complex sequences needed for work or gaming can be simplified to a single key to enhance your flow.

To support long gaming sessions, the TH87 comes with an impressive 10,000mAh battery, offering up to 45 hours of continuous use with the backlighting turned on, and an impressive 200 hours with the backlighting turned off. This makes the keyboard perfect for long work days, followed by long gaming sessions without worrying that your keyboard will run out of charge mid-game or workflow. In terms of connection, the TH87 features tri-mode connectivity, allowing you to connect the keyboard via Bluetooth, a 2.4Ghz connection or a wired connection. The wireless connection is perfect for a clutter-free desk, with the 2.4Ghz connection offering a 5ms response time and 1000Hz polling rate. However, this is further enhanced with the wired connection, offering just a 2ms response time for almost instant response time, ideal for high-speed gaming.
