Staying hydrated is super important in the summer, and how better to do it than with a beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing bottle that will not leak!

I’ve been a big fan of the ION 8 water bottles for a long time as they look great and deliver great insulation for both hot and cold drinks. We got to try out the Ditsy Floral colourway which is a lovely light purple covered with delicate little flowers and plants in a variety of colours. The design looks super pretty on my desk and was a great summery addition to my ever-growing ION 8 collection.

One of my favourite aspects of the water bottle is that the cap is designed to be completely leakproof. It achieves this through a unique lid design which has a silicone stopper that sits firmly over the drinking spout when closed to create a leak-proof seal. The lid can then be locked shut on the front with a catch and slider. This makes the bottles ideal for throwing in your bag without the worry that it will damage anything from leaks.

Once you’ve used the bottle you just have to take the lid off, and you can throw the entire thing in the dishwasher making it super easy to clean. This is great as one of my least favourite things about reusable water bottles is the hassle of hand washing them when they’re usually hard to get right to the bottom of. However, being able to just put it in the dishwasher and then it is clean and ready to be reused is much more convenient.

I love that I can put both cold and hot drinks in it, making it ideal for all year round. Plus, its sleek design means that it fits in almost all car cup holders, making it super convenient to take with you on the go – and save some money from buying bottles of water or hot drinks whilst out and about.
