Think Tank Turnstyle 10 V2.0

This compact little shoulder bag is available in two colours - either charcoal or a very attractive indigo blue (which we received). Don’t let the small size of the Turnstyle 10 V2.0 deceive you - it can easily hold a standard DSLR or larger mirrorless system (Sony A7, Panasonic GH4), an 8” tablet, 24-70mm f/2.8 or f/4 attached and additional lenses. The internal dimensions are 7.1” W x 12.6” H x 4.8” D (18 x 32 x 12.2 cm) with exterior dimensions of 8.3” W x 15.4” H x 5.2” D (21 x 39 x 13.2 cm).

Think Tank Streetwalker Rolling Backpack V2.0

The Streetwalker Rolling Backpack V2.0 is a hybrid rolling case that can switch into a backpack as and when you need it to. I think the name could do with a little rethinking, as saying you were travelling with a streetwalker will get you a few funny looks in the UK. Awkward name aside, this case has a lot going for it.

Hylete Icon 6 in 1 Bag

Even though I try my hardest to avoid female stereotypes, I have still managed to end up with a large collection of bags. However, unlike the stereotype, only two of them are hand bags, whilst the rest are backpacks and travel bags in various sizes and strap positions. The Hylete Iron aims to be all of your bags in one, with six distinct conversions: backpack, extended backpack, small duffle, large duffle, removable daypack, and messenger bag.

Osprey Transporter 65 Duffle Bag

New on the scene is the Transporter 65 Duffle Bag from Osprey. Their bags have been designed to be tough and “adventure proof”; this expedition-style duffel bag is made from highly durable materials, is water-resistant and has a varied carrying system. Large enough to accommodate technical equipment, it is made from a super tough, TPU laminated 800D Nylon+ 0.2mm, which has excellent durability whilst keep the weight to a minimum.

Osprey Fairview 70

The Fairview has been created specifically with women in mind. It is Osprey’s lightest travel backpack to date, featuring a women-specific fit created with an ergonomically shaped hip belt, harness, yoke and zip-away spacer mesh ventilated back panel. The bag is available in three sizes - 40, 55 and 70 - and in two colours – ‘Misty Grey’ and an attractive ‘Rainforest Green’.

Osprey Tropos 32

The Tropos 32 from Osprey is an everyday and commuting backpack designed for active use. It is available in five colours, Komodo Green (which is what we received), Navy Blue, Black, Armor Grey and Robust Red. It features Osprey’s AirSpeed trampoline suspended mesh backsystem, this reduces the amount of material on your back and creates a large ventilating space keeping you cool and your back dry whilst on the move.

Osprey Ozone 75 Convertible

I am more than a little bit in love with this bag. I only wish we had got our hands on it sooner for our recent travels in South America, as this bag is ALL bags, all at once. Do you want a wheelie bag for easy commuting around airports and public transport? A light day pack for exploring? A large comfortable backpack for long tips and travelling? This bag is all those things and more. This light-weight wheeled travel pack transforms into a fully operational backpack.

5.11 Tactical Rush 72 Backpack

5.11 are not just your regular clothing line - they are the Bear Grylls of clothing lines. Their original 5.11 Pant was chosen by the FBI Training Academy as its training pant in 1992, which began the long relationship of 5.11’s commitment to public safety and the first responder community. In 2003, 5.11 Tactical began developing a larger range in their law enforcement line by creating gear that met the needs of people in the field, and in 2012 they redesigned their women’s range for a better fit and higher performance.
