The QDOS PowerCube Trio 45W Power Adapter has been designed to make charging two devices at the same time seamless, fast, and easy. No longer will you be looking for multiple plug sockets, the PowerCube Trio allows you to charge two devices in a single charging unit supported by fast charging.

Upon opening the box, I was impressed with the size of the PowerCube, which comes in a sleek white unit and has two cables in the box. These cables are USB-C to USB-C, and a USB-C to lightning MFI cable designed to efficiently work with both iPhones and a range of other phone models and devices. I was pleased to see the cables were also 1.2m in length, as so often charging cubes deliver quick charging but have very short cables making them less than convenient to use.

The PowerCube Trio delivers 45w of power when just one device is connected. However, when two cables are attached to the adapter the power output is split into 20W and 25W output. This is plenty to charge two different devices at once. I found I could quickly and easily charge both my phone and my headphones using the PowerCube without noticing a particular charging delay for either. This is thanks to the Power Delivery 3.0 technology which ensures a quick charge, whilst also having a 6-in-1 safety protection software to protect your devices whilst they charge too. 

My only complaint is that the 45w Power Adapter is for EU plug sockets, which means you need to use a UK G-Type plug adapter to use UK plug sockets. This adds a little more to your cost if you do not already have one, and for the price you might expect that an adapter may have been included to suit UK plug sockets too.

Overall, if you are looking for a great dual port charging adapter then the QDOS PowerCube Trio is perfect for you. It will deliver the regular fast charging you would expect from a normal charger, but now for two devices.
