During summer my hay fever is off the charts, and I spend half the day sneezing or with my eyes feeling a little itchy. So, I’ve been on the hunt for an air purifier which can help filter the air in my home and hopefully reduce my symptoms in the process. Therefore, when the Swan Air Purifier came across my desk which aims to deliver clean and healthy air, that is perfect for allergy sufferers I knew I had to give it a go.

The air purifier is a compact white unit that is designed to sit comfortably on a desk or small table. It looks super sleek, and I was pleased to see it was super quiet whilst in use. The air purifier has 3 speed functions, as well as a quiet sleep mode at only 25dB. These settings can be accessed from the top control panel and allow you to adjust the filtering to your needs and keep the air in your room feeling fresh and clean even whilst asleep. The unit has a 120m3/h CADR rating, which means it is perfect for even large rooms up to 14m2 in size. This is perfect for bedrooms or offices, to keep the room feeling well-ventilated and circulating fresh air.

To achieve this level of filtration, the air purifier has a pre-filter, HEPA filter, and a carbon filter system which work together to ensure that 99.95% of allergen-causing particles are removed from the air so you can breathe easier. Plus, the air purifier has a useful indicator light for when the filter needs replacing so you know that you’re always getting clean air from it. However, the filters last a super long time and boast to filter for about 2000 hours per filter for cost-effective and consistently purified air.

One of the interesting aspects of the Swan Air Purifier is that it actually features an essential oil diffuser. This means that you can add in some nice oils, and your home will be filled with a lovely fragrance too! This made a lovely addition as the unit then doubled as both an air purifier and a nice scent-boosting option for the house.
