Dogs have basically been obsessed with the same game ever since the first caveman chucked a dodo skull and the dog ran after it, tripped over it then brought it back to be thrown again (pretty sure this is how it went down)! However, if you have the same weak pitching skills as me, it can leave the poor doggo rolling his eyes as he trudges the two meters to retrieve my pitiful throw. Thankfully the Nerf Dog Medium Tennis Ball Blaster is here to up my ball tossing skills (might need to rephrase that), this monster is a 20” blaster gun (not exactly the most compact or discrete thing to carry down to the park).

You will need to make sure you have some serious space when using this Nerf Gun as it can send the tennis ball up to 50 feet in the air, delighting your dog as it tries to predict where its going to land, weren’t expecting that were you Fido, thankfully you can adjust the distance to adapt to smaller environments. Even better you don’t have to touch that manky wet tennis ball after your dog obediently returns it, simply place the barrel on the tennis ball and reload hands-free. The Medium Tennis Ball Blaster measures up at 11 x 6 x 10cm and weighs a reasonable 839g, it works with any standard 2.5inch tennis ball (tennis ball included) and has an attachment that will hold a spare ball for when you accidently shoot the ball into the pond or into someones back garden. It is very easy to use, all you need to do is pull back on the handle, load ball, and shoot, it will send your dog into catch ecstasy, with minimal physical input from you. RRP £14.99
