It comes in the form of a minimalist and contemporary unit, two Smart Radiator Thermostat devices and the Heat HubR. This forms the starting point of your smart system that can be expanded with further Smart Radiator Thermostats and the Smart Plug (sold separately).
Believe me when we say installation is simple. The standard wallplate means you the Heat HubR can be installed in minutes - just unscrew your old controller and screw in your new Heat Hub. Although 80% of homes have a standard wallplate, if there is anything you are not sure about, you should consult a professional installer.
Once installed, you need to download that Wiser Heat app and connect the other devices. It’s from here that you can set time and temperature schedules for each day of the week and have 24/7 access to your heating from anywhere in the world. The app is easy to use - it took a couple of goes to connect everything, but that is something we have experienced many times with smart products. The app also displays the current temperature of each room, lets you boost/adjust temperature and get Smart Modes which has been developed to save you money and energy whilst maintaining total comfort, whether you're home or away. It works with Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant, so you can adjust the heating or hot water without even poking that hand out of the duvet. You can also add functionality, like geofencing using IFTTT.
