There are many brands and types of walking boots. When looking for a walking boot you tend to get what you pay for. Spend a little and they will leak, rub and not last. Spend a bit more and you will get protective, supportive, comfortable boots that will last you years and take you over  thousands of miles.

The Haix Black Eagle Nature GTX Mid has a cool name, which might be suited to a gun or a car. What you get is a very capable pair of walking boots that are great all-rounders, making them usable for work or leisure. Made of nubuck leather, they are extremely light and breathable. The Gore-tex lining makes them reliably waterproof. The fit is very comfortable, with padding in all the right places. The moulder sole is non-slip, they also have good heel protection and are made without the use of any metal.

I have rambled with these for a while and I have had no problem with rubbing, pain or even sole wear. They are super comfortable, and I think look good for a walking boot, aesthetics may not factor in everyone’s selection, but they’re an added bonus.
