Mindshift claim there is no such thing as bad weather, which is why they created the Exposure 15, a storm-resistant shoulder bag designed for the active photographer, made from waterproof sailcloth panels, with storm flaps, water-repellent DWR fabric, polyurethane coating underneath, AquaGuard zips and a tough Tarpaulin bottom, to ensure your gear is well protected from whatever the elements might throw at you. Available in Black or Solar Grey designs, it has exterior dimensions of 17.3” W x 12.2” H x 7.1” D and interior dimensions of 15.7” W x 10.4” H x 5.1” D, it has a gear profile of one ungripped body with a 70–200mm f/2.8 attached, 2–5 extra lenses and flash, as well as dedicated pockets for a 10” tablet, a 15” laptop and 5.5” W x 6.7” H phone pocket, and weighs 1.4kg will all accessories included.

Inside there are removeable, reinforced, foam dividers that allows you to stack lenses, there is also a seam sealed rain cover, there is a cross-body stabilising strap to keep the bag close to your body when more active travelling and other features include the anodised aluminium hardware, tripod attachment straps, luggage handle pass-through, internal organiser pockets for small accessories, Ultra-Stretch mesh 1l water-bottle pocket fits with elastic cord-lock, deluxe organiser and gusseted pockets for large objects. The overall look of the bag is a bit naff, it looks a bit ugly due to the weatherproof construction, but its high performance outweighs the aesthetic, the shoulder strap is quick to adjust and remove if needed but the padding is quite minimal and when fully loaded it can put pressure on your shoulder. If you are looking for a functional bag with some serious weather protection the Exposure could be perfect for you, it might not win any style awards, but it is packed with loads of features, seriously tough and can be personalised for you specific needs.
