Drift Innovation Compass

The Drift Innovation Compass is essentially a wearable camera (not what you would guess from the name). It was designed with the idea that it will allow you to capture every moment without having to stop and, you know, appreciate it (welcome to modern life). The camera is reasonably compact at 43 x 43 x 13.8mm and weighs just 34g. It features 8MP and records in 1080p, has 50-6400 ISO, a CMOS sensor and comes with 2GB built-in storage, but is also compatible with Micro SD cards up to 32GB and comes with 10GB free cloud storage.

Peak Design Everyday Tote

Often camera bags come in either a backpack or shoulder bag format, this is because when your hands are full of expensive camera you don’t want to be juggling a bag strap at the same time. So I was surprised when I saw that Peak Design had released an Everyday Tote bag.  Available in Charcoal or Ash, the bag comes with two FlexFold Dividers, an anchor for key tether, and a tripod band to secure a tripod. It is carry on approved by most airlines and is made from a waxed Kodra synthetic canvas with DWR coating for weather protection.

MindShift PhotoCross 13 Sling Bag

I am comfortable saying that I haven’t been much of a fan of the MindShift bags in the past. I tend to view them as ThinkTank’s younger and uglier brother, but I was really surprised by the high-quality construction in the PhotoCross 13 Sling Bag. The PhotoCross has been made to withstand all weathers and is comfortable enough to wear for hours on end, with a wealth of useful features to keep your camera gear safe and close to hand when in the great outdoors.
