With carefully thought-out angled keys, unique front-facing RGB lighting, satisfying soft touch mechanics and, of course, the large customizable dot-matric LED screen, the EPOMAKER DynaTab 75X has been designed to ensure that every typing experience feels both high quality and completely personalised. 

We were super excited to receive the DynaTab 75X as it has only just launched following a successful Kickstarter campaign. When I first opened the box, I was incredibly impressed with the overall design of the keyboard. We got to review the black-grey colourway version which features a gradient of grey to black across the keys with all letters and symbols on the front side of the keys - rather than on the top like with traditional keyboards. I personally loved the sleek and high-tech look this gave the keyboard and it’s something a little different to what I’ve seen before. Although my coworker did note that they found seeing which letters they were typing was a little harder than usual being on the front of each key, but I don’t think this is too much of an issue as I found after a while you get used to looking at the front of the key instead of the top.  

The keyboard is designed with a compact layout with 84 keys which sit in the premium gasket structure supported by 8x IXPE switch padding and a latex shaft base foam to ensure that typing feels comfortable and smooth. As someone who types a lot for my job, I’m very particular about the feel of my keyboards and EPOMAKER makes some of my favourites. Every click with the DynaTab 75X is smooth and comfortable and is accompanied by a satisfying click noise. To make typing even easier the keys are ergonomically designed so that the top and bottom keys are a little higher up than those in the middle. This allows your hands to sit comfortably in the middle of the keyboard to make typing without seeing the keys easier and reduce extra hand strain. However, as with all of EPOMAKER’s keyboards, if you aren’t super satisfied with the keys, they are completely hot-swappable to get the best typing feel fully customized to you.  

The most fun part of the DynaTab 75X is the Dot-Matrix LED display which allows you to fully customize your keyboard with a range of graphics and animations. Using EPOMAKER’s software you can create your own designs and graphics for the LED screen or download designs and animations from EPOMAKER’s wide library to add a little personal flare to your keyboard. In addition to the LED screen, each key has front-facing lighting so the keys glow as you type and can be customised for different effects when typing. This makes typing super fun, and in a dark gaming set-up, it adds a great colourful glow to your desk.

One of the main perks of the DynaTab 75X is that you can connect the keyboard to three devices through the 2.4GHz wireless receiver, a Type-C cable connection and Bluetooth. This means that with just a quick slide of the connection switch, you can seamlessly move between different devices and connections to make using the keyboard so much more integrated into your desk or gaming set-up. I especially love that the 2.4GHz wireless receiver is securely stored under the front panel on the top of the keyboard which is super convenient so you can always connect to your devices even whilst on the go.
