When I’m packing for a trip, having to make sure I have a charging wire for every single device from my phone to my watch and earbuds can be a real hassle, and takes up valuable luggage space - not to mention the need for adapters depending on where I’m travelling to! Therefore, QDOS have built an all-in-one wireless charging unit that is perfect for charging all your devices in one place and at the same time.

The SnapStand 3-in-1 Wireless Charger utilises the magnetic MagSafe connection of your devices to offer a space for your phone, smartwatch and earbuds to seamlessly connect to the same charging unit. The unit has been designed to be super portable and so folds down into a pocket-sized flat unit which can easily be thrown in your bag making it great for travel.

When I first saw the unit, I was super impressed with the outer casing that felt sturdy and premium, made from 100% recycled zinc alloy. This premium quality is what I’ve come to expect from QDOS who deliver top-quality units every time which don’t miss a beat on the aesthetics either. The entire space grey unit is made using 60% recycled materials and is part of QDOS’ mission to deliver more environmentally sustainable models to force the wireless charging industry to follow suit. To add to the already great aesthetics of the SnapStand, QDOS have even put a useful LED light on the front which changes from blue when charging and red when idle for even greater ease of use.

In terms of charge, the SnapStand does very well. The phone charging space delivers 15 watts of Qi Wireless Charging output, and only took my phone a few hours to charge. This is a little longer than with my typical plug-and-wire charging setup, however, I normally only charge my phone overnight, so this wasn’t too much of an issue for me. The earbud space on the base of the SnapStand and the fold-out watch stand on the back also delivered good charging speeds and meant I woke up to fully charged devices every day.

One of my favourite aspects of the SnapStand is that it uses the magnetic connection on the back of your phone to hold it in place, so you can rotate your device and use the unit as a phone stand for watching videos whilst also charging your phone at the same time. This is great for watching TV shows in bed, and then leaving your phone where it is to charge overnight.  Also, to make the design just that bit useful, the SnapStand uses a single USB-C charging cable making it a pretty universal wire type should you forget yours at home!
