Amazon:  Soundcore Liberty Air 2

Soundcore are successfully managing to cover all bases with their huge range of headphones and earphones. The New Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2 earbuds are specifically aimed at usage in the workspace. Once upon a time it was simply the Bluetooth headset connected to the landline, but now it has become much more common place over recent years to pop in your Bluetooth headphones and take the call in the other room away from the commotion of the office.

Out of the box, you receive the pair of Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2 earbuds, 5 sizes of eartips (XS/S/M/L/XL), a charging case, and a USB-C cable to plug the charging cable into the socket.

With work in mind, the first stand out feature of the Liberty Air 2 earbuds is the ability to send and receive crystal clear calls. The earbuds use a simple touch control to play and pause music, take calls, and use voice-assistance on your smartphone. There are 4 built in microphones, one on the top and bottom of each earbud, they all come enabled with cVc 8.0 noise reduction technology which enhance the clearness of your voice to the recipient, whilst also supressing the ambient and room sound so that you really do come through crystal clear.

The most unique feature of the Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2 earbuds is the HearID. This is the first time I have come across such a feature on a pair of headphones. Like many headphones or pieces of music software, you can change the EQ to suit the genre that you are listening to, but you can also create your own personalised sound profile. The HearID tailored sound feature maps the sensitivity of your hearing across multiple frequencies and creates custom EQ settings just for you. This would be brilliant if you either have sensitive, or a lack of, hearing. The sound quality on the earbuds is already exceptional with the diamond-inspired drivers that create the perfect balance of treble and bass, but to tailor this to your ear really shows Soundcore’s sense of commitment to the perfect headphone.

Yet again this is another win by Soundcore. Striving to create the best possible headphones, they manage to create quality, whilst keeping it within a reasonable budget of under £100.
