Orp Smart Horn and REMORP

Simply screaming expletives at other road uses from your bike to make them aware of your presence is often frowned upon, so to combat this, Orpland have created a solution by producing the world’s first combination dual-tone bike horn & beacon light. Built with the express intention of making you more visible and audible, the Orp uses a dual-decibel horn and front beacon light within a small, light, and weatherproof case that can be recharged via a USB connection. Orp's integral strap makes mounting a breeze for almost all handlebars.

Quad lock iPhone X Bike Kit with Poncho

What better way to kick off the new year than throwing yourself head first into a new hobby, and what better hobby than cycling? Most of us have a bike buried in the garage somewhere and let’s be honest, you always wanted to try out those padded bike shorts. The Quad Lock Bike kit for iPhone X allows you to take your phone along for the ride without the fear of getting lost. This is the lightest, strongest, and most secure iPhone X Bike Mount available.

WeeRide Safe Front Deluxe Baby Bike Seat

This baby seat aims to provide a safe and balanced ride for both adult and child, with a centre mounted seat to help distribute the weight evenly and put the child between your arm, where you can easily talk and keep an eye on them, unlike rear mounted seats. The new design has higher sides for increased child-stability, an added strap underneath the bar for further stability, a two-movement thumbscrew, a two-movement buckle release, additional straps on the foot cups, and also features an increased seat size.

Tigr Mini Bike Lock

The original Tigr lock caught our attention as being a complete rethink of the conventional bike lock, they have the strength and security of a U-lock with the light weight of a wire lock, so when we heard that Tigr had created a baby version we were keen to get a look at it. My bike isn’t worth a lot financially but it has sentimental value plus if it was nicked it would be difficult to find another bike with its rusty charm, a friend of mine suggested that using the original Tigr lock would be like buying a combination safe to keep a £10 note in it (bit

Overade Plixi Folding Helmet

I use my bike regularly for trips into the city as I prefer to travel wherever possible with my backside sat on something. My home city is bike friendly and it is easy to find somewhere to leave my bike the only issue I face then is carting my helmet around with me whilst shopping or going for lunch. The Overade Plixi Folding Helmet seemed like the answer to my problem as when you are not wearing it (don’t make the mistake of trying to fold it down when it’s on your head) it will fold down to a third of its size, making it easy to fit into a small bag.

Bollé 6th Sense Sunglasses

The 6th Sense sunglasses are without a doubt the most technical thing I have ever had on my face, although for the majority of the time I would forget I was even wearing them. They performed really well against the dazzling low light you get this time of year, they reduced glare and were extremely comfortable to wear with an adjustable nose piece that can be moulded to fit any nose and weigh in at an impressively light 28g.

Siva Cycle Atom

Ever since I saw Fifteen Million Merits (A Black Mirror episode), a terrifying dystopian future produced by Charlie Brooker where everyone has to use exercise bikes to produce the countries energy, I have wondered how much energy one person could produce through pedal power. The Siva Cycle Atom is a clever little device created for this very purpose, to store clean kinetic energy and reuse to charge your iPhone, Android Phones, GoPro, bicycle lights, GPS, Bluetooth speakers basically any USB charging device.

WeeRide Childrens Cycle Seat Deluxe

Our first impression of the WeeRide is that is a wonderfully innovative idea, turning the traditional childrens cycle seat on its head. The WeeRide put your child at the front of the bike keeping the weight more evenly distributed over the centre, allowing your child to see more of the world as you ride and allowing you to see your child at all times.

Bolle The One Bicycle Helmet

Bolle really have tried to think of everything when it comes to The One bicycle helmet. At first, it looks like any other bike helmet, our tester came in black, it looks reasonable and fits snuggly, with the Click to Fit System you can get a very precise fit. Bolle claims that The One exceeds the current shock absorption requirements by 97% and that this has been verified by independent testing, as we didn’t throw ourselves from our bikes to thoroughly test the helmet (shirking our work responsibilities, shame on us) we choose to take their word for it.
